Suba North MP Millie Odhiambo Mabona has raised alarm over what she describes as a troubling rise in indiscipline among young people, recounting an incident in which minors sent her nude photos on WhatsApp, asking if she loves ‘Big Inches’.

Odhiambo said the behaviour reflects a serious breakdown in parenting and moral guidance. She revealed that the photos were sent by boys young enough to be her grandsons, an act she termed disrespectful and deeply concerning.
“There is a missing link in parenting. Some small children sent me inappropriate images on WhatsApp. Children the same age as my grandsons,” she said.
The legislator blamed drug abuse and poor parenting for fueling misconduct among the youth, warning that such actions could damage their future, including potential employment prospects.
Odhiambo further cautioned that reckless sexual behaviour could expose both boys and girls to legal trouble, particularly where minors are involved.
“This is why some people force themselves on young ladies, thinking it is the right thing to do, which is not true. We are telling our young ones to be patient because these behaviours can cost them in the future when they are looking for jobs,” she added.
