The Sports Disputes Tribunal has suspended all resolutions passed by nine Football Kenya Federation National Executive Committee (NEC) members on April 24, issuing an interim injunction that blocks their implementation pending a full hearing.

Sitting in Nairobi, the Tribunal, led by Deputy Chairperson Allan Mola Owinyi, certified the matter as urgent, ruling that no action arising from the contested meeting, including any leadership changes, can take effect until the case is heard and determined.
The directive effectively restores the status quo within the federation, halting a brewing leadership dispute and placing the contested decisions under formal judicial scrutiny.
All parties have been ordered to file their responses by May 4, ahead of a scheduled mention on May 5, setting the stage for a high-stakes legal battle over the control and governance of Kenyan football.
